Kazy
Kazy is a famous delicacy of nomads that has not lost its popularity over the millennia. And today, as in those days, not a single celebration, festive feast or other Kyrgyz event is complete without it. Kazy is made only from horse meat, namely from the peritoneum, which contains quite a lot of fat, but at the same time maintains a balance with the meat content. The future is salted and then dried for 90-100 days.
